Shipping policy
All "in stock" orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping rates are based on weight + box size, and will be calculated at checkout.
All international orders are final sale. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any taxes or duties charged by their home country upon delivery. It is against the law for us to misrepresent the contents or value of a shipment - please do not ask us to do this.
In the event that a package is refused at delivery due to import costs, we will refund the order less shipping and any return shipping costs incurred once we receive it in original condition.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@boroughfurnace.mom with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURNS
We will gladly accept returns on any unused products within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. A refund will be initiated within 10 business days of receiving the item in original condition. Please reach out to us at info@boroughfurnace.mom to discuss a return. Beyond 30 days, unused items in original condition can be returned for store credit.
In the rare instance that an item is damaged in shipping, the customer must get in touch within 5 days of receipt for a replacement.
In the event that a delivery is confirmed as delivered, but was not received, we can support you through a claims process with the carrier. Please do not initiate a claim without contacting us first.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of return or order cancellation.
